We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Creative Laser Art Studio Store. If you’re not completely happy with your product, please review our Return Policy to learn how you can request a return or exchange.

  1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at classdesigns24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label if the return is approved.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Please allow [Time Period, e.g., 5-7 business days] for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please let us know and we will accommodate your request if possible.
  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free if the product arrived damaged or defective. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a description of the damage and photos for verification. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Disclosures

  • Handling of Fragile Items: Please note that some of our products are made from basswood, which is a soft material and can be fragile, especially in thinner dimensions like 1/8″. Handle these items with care to avoid breakage.
  • Product Variations: Due to the nature of handcrafted and natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of each product.
